Kellie Walsh has over two decades of experience in the communications industry. She founded KWM Communications, a strategic communications consultancy in 2007, to advise a select number of firms in their brand building efforts. As president she is responsible for developing and driving the communications strategy for the firm's clients.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Walsh has advised Fortune 500 companies, some of the world's largest private equity firms, leading wealth management firms, and growth companies across a variety of sectors. Her client experience includes The Blackstone Group, Boston Private Wealth, HCR Partners, Nasdaq, TPG Capital, and Twin Bridge Capital Partners.
Prior to forming KWM Communications, Ms. Walsh served in senior roles at Nasdaq and at Citigate Dewe Rogerson, a global communications firm. Ms. Walsh began her career at PaineWebber in Boston.

Stephanie Marks is a strategic financial and corporate communications leader with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare, technology, business and financial services industries. Her background includes corporate, agency and sell-side practice, spanning all forms of stakeholder communication: investors, media, key opinion leaders, customers and employees.
Ms. Marks has extensive expertise advising executive management on crisis communications and change management, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, hostile takeovers and leadership turnover. She provides strategic counsel to her clients for a broad range of corporate developments, including best practices, issues management, key messaging and positioning, financial community sentiment, market and competitive analysis. Ms. Marks has a track record of successfully establishing investor relations and corporate communications functions for newly public companies and those preparing for IPOs.

Rachel Kessler has over 20 years of media relations and journalism experience. She has provided media insight and secured global press coverage for numerous clients in a variety of fields including healthcare (biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical devices) and financial services (private equity, wealth management).
She has a B.A. from Boston University.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Kessler has generated press coverage for leading companies, including Abbott, Amgen, Banyan Partners, Bayer, Eli Lilly, Medtronic, Paul Capital Partners, Pfizer, Roche, and Silver Bridge Advisors. She has also worked with top authors to launch their books, and on celebrity campaigns with stars such as Angelica Houston, Noah Wylie, Joe Montana, Bart Connor, Summer Sanders, Davis Phinney, and Lela Rose. Ms. Kessler also has experience working with non-profits, government agencies, and hospitals, including The American Fertility Association, Mount Sinai Hospital, Lenox Hill Hospital and the Centers for Disease Control.
